Working on an Alligator

I have always been fascinated with Alcos, from the small RS-3 switchers to the huge C-636 that ran on the SP&S / BN. Tonight I started on a sketch of a Santa Fe RSD-15, a tri-axle Road Switcher, one if not two will be seen in the painting, grinding through the mountains out West, watch for this soon in the Whats New section.
