I have been doing Railroad Artwork for over twenty five years now. I started with Pen and Ink and slowly transformed into Watercolor. My career as a Draftsman helped me define the smaller details that really helps my work standout. I usually paint from memory and only use photos to help with detail placement. I work in original artwork only, no prints and or copies. My thought is this, whomever buys an original has the original, period. The size I usually work in is 10" x 14" and have done larger and smaller pieices. My passion for the railroads and the locomotives goes back to my childhood and I believe it comes through in my artwork. If you know anyone, say like a retired Railroader, or a person who just likes trains and who has the same passion as I and would like to see their favorite railroad or locomotive done as a piece of art, feel free to contact me.
